Eps 009: Employer Branding & Communication with Alison Lobb

In this episode, Alison Lobb, Managing Partner of Morecrofts LLP, shares how she achieved managing partner despite a lack of confidence, her curious nature and how it played a part, the shocking way women are sometimes treated in the law industry, and how COVID may have helped with improving team communications.

Her role as managing partner includes driving the law firm into the future and leading in business strategy. For many years Alison specialised in complex, high-value, personal injury claims, and in 2015 & 2016 was awarded "Professional of the Year" at the Liverpool Women in Business Awards.
