Eps 019: Breaking Through: Emma Panday's Journey to Confidence and Business Success

Emma Panday overcomes a lifelong lack of confidence to become a successful teacher and manager, but when she is faced with the death of her mother, she realises life is too short to stay in a safe, secure job and starts her own business.

"I think a lot of things in my life I've been questioning kind of come to that surface of life's too short. Don't just do it because it's safe, you have to take those risks."

This is Emma's story...

Emma Panday is a former teacher from England and the founder of Phoenix Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment and outsourcing company. The business helps companies work more efficiently while saving money. Despite only starting the business in early 2022, she already has a team of 7 people!

She has a background in sports and exercise science, and worked in education for over 8 years. Emma is passionate about helping others reach their potential, and has three young children.

She attributes much of her success to taking risks and to the support of those around her.
