Nicola Barden joins me for another fascinating discussion including bullying at work, transitioning through the generations in a family business, balancing personal challenges and being part of a role reversal family.

She describes herself as a "petite woman in a man's world' and is the Managing Director of BSF Solid Surfaces Ltd, a family business where she's worked for 22 years.

BSF is a Fabricator and installer of bespoke, made to order counter surfaces from a product called Corian (man-made stone).
