This episode is about the power of words. Abi Prendergast learned about their power through her experiences with bullying in school.

She is now a conversion copywriter, launch strategist and founder of APT Content, a company that provides content marketing services to businesses such as Amy Porterfield and Copy Hackers as well as SMEs.

As a young adult, Abi was originally focused on being able to have time and location freedom. She continued:

"I remember being quite anxious around that time and really being in a rush to just grow up and move cities, have a fresh start."
